Welcome to Batch Match By downloading, installing, or using our software or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before use.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Match Grabber (the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Batch Match is an Android tool app that uses Android Accessibility Services to monitor delivery assignment opportunities on instacart platform, and to automatically interact with these app on your behalf according to filters you configure. The Service requires a subscrition plan to function beyond the free trial period.
3. User Accounts
An account is required to access the portal and manage you plan. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@batchmatch.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Payment and Billing
All payments are processed within the app via "Stripe" securely using SSL protocol to ensure transparency and security in every transaction. Prices are shown in USD. Once payment is confirmed, the identifier "BATCH MATCH" will appear on your bank statement. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property
All software, code, design, trademarks, and content associated with Batch Match are our exclusive property or are used under license. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal use only. No ownership is transferred.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular results for you. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Batch Match and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost earnings, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app access in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
